TDLR: Introductory chat --> first session is 90 minutes--> sessions are 60 minutes after thatFirst: We will have a free introductory chat, so you can make sure I'm the right fit for you before diving in.Then: We will book you in for a blueprint session. This is the first appointment with me where we spend around 90 minutes (this can be broken up into 2 parts on request) exploring explore your mental health history, symptoms, executive functioning, overwhelm, burnout, routines, emotional regulation and self-understanding. This helps me understand you as a whole and we can create a personalised roadmap for our work together. I will send you a pre-appointment questionnaire, so you have some processing time in advance and I have a basis of information that we can dive into further. After that: Future sessions are 60 minutes long. The layout of these sessions is completely up to you, you're not locked in or subscribed, its pay as you go. Access to Work (UK based clients only) - coaching can be funded through the government’s Access To Work scheme and roughly a third of clients fund this way. The application process is not very ADHD friendly, but is something I can help with. Chicken or the egg situation!
No. Obtaining official diagnosis can be a lengthy and difficult process so if you're self diagnosed or simply suspect you could be neurodivergent, I can help.
AuDHD describes people who are both autistic and have ADHD. Having both can create a different set of symptoms, strengths and challenges than either diagnosis alone. You may feel like a walking juxtaposition or find symptoms of both mask or exasperate eachother.
Yes. I am very open about my diagnosis as its so important for many to work with someone who really gets it. I am diagnosed with Autism, ADHD, CPTSD and OSDD. I deeply understand the link between trauma and neurodivergence.
Yes, my sessions are held via video or phone call, allowing you to join wherever you feel most comfortable.
Absolutely! Wether you need sessions split in half or have longer sessions, but less frequently, I'm more than happy to accommodate.

It also avoids sounding overly clinical while remaining professional.
Yes. I myself have CPTSD and have spent almost a decade in trauma therapy, so I'm acutely aware of just how much trauma impacts the self, the nervous system and neurodivergence.I recognise how frequently trauma and neurodivergence intersect, particularly for autistic and ADHD individuals who may have experienced repeated misunderstanding, masking, bullying and chronic stress.I have particular interest in supporting young people who are experiencing estrangement and navigating life without a support net. While I am not a therapist and do not provide trauma therapy, I always work in a way that understands and prioritises safety, collaboration, autonomy, and choice. We move at a pace that feels comfortable for you, and my focus is on helping you develop practical strategies while recognising and respecting the role trauma may play in your experiences.
No, coaching is not therapy.Together, we'll explore practical strategies, build systems that work for your neurodivergent brain, and work towards the goals that matter most to you. This might include areas such as executive functioning, managing overwhelm, emotional regulation, self-understanding, confidence, or creating sustainable routines.Therapy, on the other hand, is designed to help people process and heal from mental health difficulties, trauma, or emotional distress. While our conversations may touch on past experiences where they're relevant, coaching does not involve trauma processing or psychological treatment. My approach is neurodiversity affirming and trauma informed, which means I always work with an awareness of how your experiences may have shaped you. Many people find that coaching and therapy complement each other well. Therapy can help you understand and process the past, while coaching focuses on building practical strategies and creating a life that works for you in the present and future.
Currently, I only work with adults ages 18+
Yes, I offer a limited number of evening appointments weekly.
